This site is geared to dancers in the Baltimore / Washington area. It
lists many places to dance and has information on local
bands, dee jays, and dance instructors.

Fred and Ro Lord have been instructing and dee jaying in the area for
quite some time and have developed quite a following. Steve and they
share many of the same dancers who enjoy both of their individual styles
and presentation on different nights throughout the week.
